Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples (born Aubrey Peeples) is an American singer-actress. She was awarded the highest number of awards for her performances in the films Layla Grant and Claudia Shepard and Claudia Shepard in Nashville (2012). Her role was as the main character Jerrica Jem Benton in the 2015 film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. She is the younger sister of Ally. Aubrey was an actor with Orlando Repertory Theatre during her youth. She was valedictory of the 2012 class. Harvard University accepted her but was able to enter twice after which she accepted the role she played in Nashville. Peeples guest-starred in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and also had regular roles in Necessary Roughness (1991). The actress was featured in two made-for television films Ace Ventura Jr.: Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. In the second season, she was a part of Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. Peeples talked about her bipolar condition in an interview from 2019 for NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples as one of the top performers under 20 in September 2014
